Why Coaching and Support Raising Training
Chi Alpha is America's leading Pentecostal university ministry with 304 local chapters led by 1444 campus missionaries. Each Chi Alpha group needs a competent missionary who is moving forward as a fully funded and spiritually healthy leader. Your support empowers me to effectively equip missionaries with the training and coaching resources they require to transform their university, the marketplace, and the world.
My Role as Director As Director of Coaching & Support Raising Training, I oversee Chi Alpha's entire effort in terms of both curriculum development and the recruitment, training, and resourcing of new trainers and coaches. In turn our trainers and coaches help the missionary design their ministry blueprint, stay focus, motivated, and skilled at overcoming roadblocks that surface as they raise their budget and work on campus. If they fail we will not see future generations of students come to Christ. What an incredible opportunity to come alongside the next generation of campus missionaries.
